By accessing or using experler.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

experler.com is a digital marketplace that connects freelancers and employers for remote project-based collaborations. We facilitate communication, payment, and project management but are not a party to the contract between users.

3. User Accounts

• • Users must be 18 years or older to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • experler.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspicious activity.

4. Service Fees (Platform Commission)

experler.com charges a 10% commission fee from freelancers and an additional 10% commission from employers on each successful transaction.

• • These commissions are automatically deducted during payment processing and are non-refundable.
  • The commission ensures platform security, support, dispute resolution, and continuous development.

5. Project & Payment Terms (revised)

All payments must be processed through experler.com to ensure protection, accountability, and platform support.

• • Employers are required to fund the agreed amount (plus 10% platform fee) before the project begins.
  • Freelancers receive the net payment (after 10% commission deduction) once the employer approves the work.
  • If disputes arise, both parties may request intervention by our technical dispute resolution team, whose decision will be final.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled according to our [Refund & Return Policy]. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on project scope, delivery status, and dispute evidence.

7. Installment Payments

Some payments may be made via third-party installment services with interest. experler.com is not responsible for interest fees or refunding third-party charges.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech

• • Circumvent the platform for off-site payments
  • Use bots, automation, or exploit platform vulnerabilities
  • Post misleading project listings or fake profiles
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logos, designs, texts, etc.) is the intellectual property of experler.com. Users retain rights to their own original content but grant us a license to display it on the platform for promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

experler.com is not liable for:

• • Missed deadlines, poor-quality work, or lack of communication between users
  • Third-party service errors or payment gateway issues
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• • Violation of terms
  • Fraud or abuse
  • Non-payment or chargebacks

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kocaeli/Türkiye, and any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction.
